Hi, I’m Kevin. I have been out as gay to a good portion of my friends and family for the past 10+ years. For a short period, there was a liberation from “coming out”. Something was comforting to those around

Happy, “bigoted people yelling at rainbows month!” June is the month where you’ll surely hear some version of these statements:

“Why’s Pride so in-your-face? Straight people don’t flaunt their relationships like that.”

“The rainbow’s supposed to be about God’s promise! The gays stole it from God.”

“Gays get a whole month, but veterans only get a day? That’s ridiculous.”

“June is the month I fly my Proclamation to the Family flag. That’s my Pride!!”

“Why do we need Pride Month? Nobody’s stopping them from living their lives.”

Fam: we have 30 days to be extra loud, extra proud and hella gay. Do your best. 🌈❤️🏳️‍⚧️

Happy Pride Month

God was so offended when the gays stole His rainbow, that He decided to send the most brilliant aurora we’ve seen in decades (and He did it as soon as the clock struck midnight on the first day of Pride month). 😇

Winning.

Thanks Amy, for sharing this photo from Montana! Happy Pride (especially to the religious homophobes).
