Josh Morris was raised in a very small, rural Utah community. Living as a closeted gay teen, in a predominately Mormon town leaves a lot to be desired. The community isn’t rich with diversity or opportunity when it comes to understanding your sexuality. In this episode Josh candidly shares his story. This was a great episode. I didn’t come out until later in life when I was 53. That decision led to me being kicked out of the church and I was on the path to becoming a pastor in the church. Not the Mormon church. A life changing event led me to re-evaluate my life and I came out. Since my life has totally changed. I have a partner. We have been together for over 3 years. This episode confirmed and reaffirmed my decision to come out.
